HOUSE BILL 4736 was introduced by Representative Luke Meerman on 4/29/2021 and referred to the House Committee on Health Policy.


This bill amends the Public Health Code Act 368 of 1978 by adding section 5113a which prohibits MDHHS from mandating COVID19 vaccines!

THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:

Sec. 5113a. Notwithstanding sections 2221, 2226, 5111, and 9227, or any other provision of this code, the department shall not promulgate or enforce a rule requiring an individual to be immunized against COVID-19. As used in this section, "COVID-19" means coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19).
