With your support, we were able to become an official Non-Profit Organization in the State of Michigan as well as file the necessary paperwork with the IRS in hopes of becoming a 501(c)(4) Tax-Exempt Non-Profit Organization!

AND NOW WE HAVE AMAZING NEWS!!

​

It is official! We have been accepted as a tax-exempt, non-profit organization by the IRS! This is a huge step in our journey to protecting medical freedoms in Michigan! 

​

As a 501(c)(4) non-profit organization, we will be able to engage in political campaign activity including UNLIMITED lobbying to ensure legislators and candidates have YOUR best interests in mind! We are currently awaiting a determination from the IRS, but in the meantime, we will continue to educate and inform Michigan residents about their medical freedoms and we will continue to advocate for our rights and the rights of every Michigander!

Donations to 501(c)(4) organizations are generally not deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes, per the IRS, they may be deductible as trade or business expenses, "if ordinary and necessary in the conduct of the taxpayer’s business."
