House Bill 5710, introduced by Representative Ryan Berman on 2/1/2022, is a bill to amend the Elliott-Larsen Civil Rights Act. This Act prohibits discrimination based on religion, race, color, national origin, age, sex, height, weight, familial status, or marital status.


HB5710 would amend this Act to include the prohibition of discrimination based on medical conditions and vaccination status.
