If you don't vaccinate, you have probably been faced with your child's doctor telling you to sign a "refusal to vaccinate" form. If you send your child to public school, you have probably filled out a State exemption waiver form. Unbeknownst to you, many of these forms are self-incriminating.
The Vaccination Liberation Army explains, "by initialing and signing this form as is, you are admitting to understanding that "vaccine-preventable" diseases are extremely deadly and ALSO admitting to negligence for willfully denying your son/daughter the life-saving protection that vaccines offer."
These forms often vary from State to State.
Below are pictures of the State of Michigan's Vaccination Exemption Waiver forms for Philosophical and Religious Objections and Medical Contraindications, as well as the State issued AAP refusal to vaccinate form, given to doctors for patients who refuse vaccinations.
There are NO laws requiring all children/adults to be vaccinated and in the State of Michigan, per the LAW, we also do not have to sign these forms.
Public Health Code Act 368 of 1978, 333.9215 Exemptions:
Sec. 9215. (1) A child is exempt from the requirements of this part as to a specific immunization for any period of time as to which a physician certifies that a specific immunization is or may be detrimental to the child's health or is not appropriate.
(2) A child is exempt from this part if a parent, guardian, or person in loco parentis of the child presents a written statement to the administrator of the child's school or operator of the group program to the effect that the requirements of this part cannot be met because of religious convictions or other objection to immunization.
