Did you know, because of the PREP Act, if you or a family member is injured or killed by a COVID-19 vaccine you cannot sue the manufacturers while their products are under an Emergency Use Authorization, but unlike other vaccine injuries/deaths, the injuries/deaths from COVID-19 vaccines are NOT eligible for compensation through the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program. COVID-19 vaccine injury/death compensation is given under the Countermeasures Injury Compensation Program and similar to the way the NVICP is funded, the CICP is also funded by taxpayer dollars!
"The CICP is funded through a Congressional appropriation to the U.S Department of Health and Human Services."
Another difference between the NVICP and CICP is the data.
The NVICP data is updated monthly. It shows how many petitions were filed, what vaccines were associated with petitions, which petitions were compensated or denied, how much compensation has been paid out, etc.
The CICP data is shown on a very short and simple Government website. This "data" consists of the following:
"Since the program began in Fiscal Year 2010, the CICP has received 701 claim filings (also referred to as Request for Benefits) from individuals who alleged they were injured by covered countermeasures and requested compensation.
39 claims were eligible for compensation. Of these claims:
29 claims were compensated, totaling more than $6 million.
10 claims did not receive compensation because they did not have any compensable expenses or losses.
452 claims were ineligible for compensation.
210 cases are pending."
According to the NVICP data, as of May 1, 2021, victims of vaccine injury or death have been paid out a total of $4,573,801,602.12! Over 9 million dollars was paid out within the month of April 2021 alone, AND THAT DOESN'T INCLUDE COMPENSATION FOR COVID-19 VACCINE INJURIES/DEATHS!!
According to VAERS, as of May 14, 2021, over a MILLION adverse reactions have been reported just from COVID-19 vaccines!! There have been thousands of other serious adverse reactions reported including nearly 4,000 occurrences of death, almost 300 miscarriages and 8 premature births, 451 heart attacks, over 1,700 reports of seizures or convulsions, over 2,000 allergic and anaphylactic reactions, 52 hospitalizations, and 24 doctor office visits!
These families being negatively affected by these vaccines are already experiencing the disregard and ostracization many of us in the medical freedom community have been experiencing for years. In a time where our Federal and State Governments are trying so hard to convince people to get vaccinated, going as far as offering $1,000,000 raffles, how far will they go!?
We are already seeing the mainstream media reporting about the CDC saying "anxiety" caused the reactions to the Johnson&Johnson COVID-19 vaccine. This blatantly negates someone's personal experience and gives the general public a green light to intimidate and insult those who talk about their negative reactions and will only create more division in our country!
What will it take for people to realize that vaccine injury and death are NOT rare, they are just rarely reported.
"Although 25% of ambulatory patients experience an adverse drug event, less than 0.3% of all adverse drug events and 1-13% of serious events are reported to the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Likewise, fewer than 1% of vaccine adverse events are reported."
