County Resolutions to BAN Mask and Vaccine Mandates

In recent months, several County Boards of Commissioners, across the State of Michigan, have introduced and passed resolutions to protect the rights of Michigan residents.

The following Resolutions have been adopted, approved, or passed:

1. On May 4, 2021, the Muskegon County Board of Commissioners adopted a Resolution Opposing Vaccine Passports. https://www.co.muskegon.mi.us/AgendaCenter/ViewFile/Agenda/_05042021-1372

2. On August 18, 2021, the Grand Traverse Board of Commissioners approved a Resolution to Promote Vaccine Awareness and Medical Autonomy. https://grandtraversecounty.civicweb.net/document/21146

3. On September 7, 2021, the Livingston County Board of Commissioners General Government and Health and Human Services Committee passed a Resolution to Limit the Use and Accept Michigan Department of Health and Human Services Funding to Support Livingston County Health Department’s 2022 Covid19 Response.

4. On September 14, 2021, the Muskegon County Board of Commissioners approved a Resolution to Promote General Welfare. https://www.co.muskegon.mi.us/AgendaCenter/ViewFile/Agenda/_09142021-1416
