Template #1- Health Department Mask Mandate Cease & Desist Letter Template

This template is to be used to send to your local health department if they have issued a mask mandate for school children. Read this template carefully, edit accordingly with your choice of word editor, save in a PDF form, and send the letter via email.

Template #2- School Mask Mandate Cease & Desist Letter Template (with HD mandate)

This template is to be used in addition to the Health Department Mask Mandate Cease & Desist Letter. Send this to your local school district if your local health department has issued a mask mandate for school children. Read this template carefully, edit accordingly with your choice of word editor, save in a PDF form, and send the letter via email.

Template #3- School Mask Mandate Cease & Desist Letter Template (no HD mandate)

This template is to be used to send to your local school district if they have issued a mask mandate for school children, even though your local health department has NOT issued a mandate. Read this template carefully, edit accordingly with your choice of word editor, save in a PDF form, and send the letter via email.
